Link Art is a furniture solutions company specialising in loose furniture, commercial furniture, customised furniture, office furniture, workstations, pods, and furnishing solutions for corporate offices, hospitality spaces, F&B outlets, retail environments, showrooms, and commercial projects.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Associate to support our sales and business development activities. The role involves assisting with client enquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on leads, supporting product presentations, and helping clients find suitable furniture solutions for their projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to client enquiries through calls, emails, showroom visits, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Assist in identifying and following up on potential clients, project leads, and sales opportunities.
- Support outreach to interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, corporate clients, hospitality clients, F&B operators, and commercial end-users.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, showroom discussions, product presentations, and site visits when required.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and furnishing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, catalogues, product presentations, and basic client-facing materials.
- Follow up with clients on enquiries, quotations, samples, product details, and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and project personnel to ensure client requirements are properly communicated.
- Support marketing and sales activities, including campaigns, exhibitions, product launches, showroom events, and client outreach.
- Maintain proper records of client communications, sales activities, quotation status, project updates, and follow-ups.
- Assist in monitoring market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings within the furniture and commercial interiors industry.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail sales, furniture, interior design, renovation, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in furniture, design, sales, or commercial interiors are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching clients and building professional relationships.
- Able to understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Organised, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of loose furniture, office furniture, commercial interiors, or project-based sales will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or other presentation tools.
- Possess own transport and willingness to attend client meetings, showroom appointments, or site visits when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing with designers, architects, contractors, developers, hospitality clients, F&B operators, corporate clients, or walk-in showroom customers.
- Ability to prepare simple presentations, proposals, quotations, and client-facing materials.
- Good sense of furniture trends, materials, finishes, colours, and commercial space requirements.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple enquiries or leads at the same time.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in furniture and interior solutions.
