Are you passionate about helping customers and providing excellent service? We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, solving problems, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Respond to customer concerns professionally and provide timely solutions.
  • Follow up on customer cases to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Process customer information and related documentation efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Customer Support, Call Centre, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.
