Job description:

• Assist in documenting, reporting, analysing, and compiling internal non-conformance trends for review by the Person-in-Charge (PIC) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in documenting and reporting non-conformance findings arising from external audits and follow up on corrective action status.
• Support the preparation and execution of certification audits, customer audits, internal audits, halal audits, and other food safety-related assessments.
• Maintain and control food safety documentation by ensuring documents are properly filed, updated, distributed, and retained according to document control requirements.
• Conduct routine pest control inspections, monitor first, second, and third defence systems according to inspection schedules, maintain inspection records, and report abnormalities for corrective action.
• Assist in the implementation of the GMP Audit Program, including audit scheduling, inspection activities, report preparation, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Support food safety training programs by preparing training materials, attendance records, and conducting awareness sessions when required.
• Assist in monitoring and verifying Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintaining related records to ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
• Perform any other food safety, quality assurance, and compliance-related duties assigned by the superior.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent.
• Between 1-2 years working experience, especially in a manufacturing environment.
• Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply. Training provided.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal and written for English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
