Job Description

Fund Operations and Finance Support

• Assist with fund operations, audit processes and service-provider management
• Support treasury and cash management activities, including payment and processing support
• Assist with capital calls, NAV reporting, capital account statements and other fund admin mattersCompliance and Corporate Administration
• Support investor onboarding, KYC, AML/CFT and other compliance processes
• Assist with corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory administration matters
• Coordinate statutory filings and related corporate administration requirementsInvestor Operations
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and other firm-related activities
• Support AGM preparation, investor logistics, reporting calendars and administrative follow-ups
• Maintain records, trackers, document control, filing and general office administration
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fund operations, finance, or professional services
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accountability
• Confident working with stakeholders across seniority levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Prior exposure to fund administration, service providers or Audit is advantageous
