Kerja Sepenuh Masa, LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE di Yuen Tung Premix Perak - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

i. Coordinate and execute daily logistics operations involving premix plants, quarries, transportation activities, and project sites.

ii. Plan, schedule, and allocate transportation resources, including tipper trucks and other heavy vehicles, to meet operational and customer requirements.

iii. Liaise with plant personnel, site supervisors, transport contractors, and drivers to ensure efficient delivery scheduling and timely material dispatch.

iv. Monitor vehicle movements, delivery status, and fleet utilization to ensure operational efficiency and service reliability.

v. Conduct site and plant visits to resolve logistics, transportation, and operational issues as required.

vi. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.

vii. Prepare and maintain logistics reports, delivery records, transport documentation, and operational data.

viii. Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and breakdown recovery arrangements to minimize operational disruptions.

ix. Support daily logistics and operational activities and perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

x. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements :

i. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, or supply chain coordination within the premix, quarry, construction materials, manufacturing, or related industries.

ii. Familiarity with transport scheduling, fleet management, delivery monitoring, and the operation of tipper trucks and other heavy vehicles.

iii. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines effectively.

iv. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with drivers, contractors, plant personnel, customers, and internal departments.

v. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

vi. Possess a positive work attitude, be willing to assist colleagues, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

vii. Willingness to travel to project sites, plants, and other operational locations as required.
