Event ManagerJob Summary

Acmar Group is looking for an Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events and promotional activities across the Group’s business units, including property projects, hotels, schools, and other related businesses. This role will support brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives through impactful events, launches, activations, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events, launches, activations, and promotional campaigns for Acmar Group and its business units.
• Develop event concepts and proposals aligned with branding, marketing, and business objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end event execution, including venue, logistics, vendors, programme flow, audiovisual, catering, and on-site operations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
• Manage event budgets, quotations, billings, and payment coordination.
• Support promotional activities that enhance visibility, engagement, and footfall across the Group’s projects and businesses.
• Prepare post-event reports and recommend improvements for future events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in event planning, event management, brand activations, or a similar role.
• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple events and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
