Full Time Electrical Inspector Jobs, in Aurecon Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

As an Inspector of Works (Electrical) at Aurecon, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical works on-site are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. You will support the Resident Engineer and project team in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily electrical construction activities and ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specification
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks on electrical installation
• Reviewing electrical drawings and method statements; reporting discrepancies
• Attending inspections and testing activities and documenting result
• Issuing site memos for non-compliant work
• Supporting monthly progress claim verification and variation order
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections, site activities, and progres
• Attending site meetings and coordinating with contractors and consultant
• Holding a valid driving license for site mobility

Qualifications:

• A diploma in Electrical Engineering and as an Inspector of Works with BEM
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, particularly in industrial or institutional developments. Good knowledge of electrical systems (HT/LV/ELV Systems, Lighting, Earthing etc.), data centre infrastructure, and local construction practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and BIM knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A valid driving license
