AXCC – Autism Experience Care Centre is a growing intervention centre established in 2018 and located in Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor. We are dedicated to providing quality early intervention and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to support every child's growth, communication, independence, and overall development in a positive and nurturing environment.

As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Sciences, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in paediatrics.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for children with developmental and communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
• Deliver one-to-one and/or group therapy sessions.
• Monitor, document, and report children's progress regularly.
• Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers to facilitate carry-over strategies at home.
• Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, and other team members.
• Prepare therapy reports and maintain accurate clinical records.
