Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the team
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and stock ordering
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
• Drive sales and outlet performance
• Coordinate with HQ departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations)

Requirements:

• Experience in café, restaurant, or F&B management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
