We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategist with each brand’s marketing objectives
- Create monthly, quarterly campaign based content plans across multiple platforms
- Identify content opportunities based on market trends, customer insights and business goals
- Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, messaging and visual identity
- Develop content strategist to support product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and brand initiatives
- Plan content funnels that increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions
- Provide creative direction for video content, social media posts, advertising creatives and campaign materials
- Analyze consumer insights to identify content opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor social media trends and emerging content formats to keep the brand competitive
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of content creation experience (freelance or in-house)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing and consumer psychology
- Experience with basic video editing apps and tools
- Comfortable being on camera (optional, but preferred)
- Creative, detail-oriented and self-driven
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
