What You'll Do

HR Support

• Assist with recruitment coordination: job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling
• Support the onboarding experience for new hires, from paperwork to first-day readiness
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with internal HR communications and staff-related administrative matters
• Use AI and digital tools to streamline scheduling, documentation, and routine HR processes

Office Administration

• Keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly
• Manage vendor relationships and office supplies
• Apply technology to reduce manual work and improve efficiency across the office

Finance Support

• Assist with invoicing, billing coordination, and collections tracking
• Support financial file management to help maintain healthy cash flow
• Use automation tools to flag deadlines and keep financial processes on track
