• Carry out daily inspection of Electrical Distribution Board (DB) in every floor and daily maintenance check of all common areas; pantries, bathrooms, toilets, corridors, and classrooms.
• Take daily electrical meter reading of Main DB panel, Social Network Café, Cafeteria, and water meter reading
• Carry out maintenance task as written on the daily maintenance sheet and as per instructed by Facilities Manager and/or Facilities Executive
• Perform basic maintenance repairs: electrical, carpentry, plumbing and painting works
• Attend to Emergencies: fire alarm, lift mantrap, accidents
• Assist the Facilities team in case of fire and evacuation, and assist to troubleshoot the case of false fire alarm in Campus
• Carry out quarterly inspection and maintenance checks on building infrastructure and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair door lock issues, re-setting the lift in the motor room, repair of office furniture and building fixtures
• Perform general repair works and any related duty as may be instructed by the Management

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,001.00 per month
