Sales Representative – Royal Builders Pte Ltd
Job Overview
Royal Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our construction and renovation services. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and able to understand client needs while presenting tailored solutions.
Key Resposibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (residential, commercial, renovation projects)
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline channels
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and design solutions.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking system
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates
- Attend site visits and discuss with internal team and/or clients when required to provide consultation, take measurements, and support project discussions.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and new collections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle after-sales service and follow up on customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales (construction/renovation/property industry is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Good understanding of customer service and relationship management
