As Communications Manager, you will shape and elevate Louis Vuitton’s image, influence, and desirability in Singapore, while strengthening the Maison’s cultural relevance and leadership in the market. In close partnership with the Zone Communications team and local leadership, you will drive the long-term strategic communications objectives for Singapore. You will also lead the development and execution of impactful, resonant campaigns that reinforce brand authority, increase visibility across priority categories, and cultivate meaningful relationships with media, key opinion leaders, and cultural tastemakers.
Missions
PR & Advertising
Define and implement integrated PR and advertising strategies aligned with global brand priorities and Louis Vuitton’s share of voice is consistently No. 1 throughout the year.
Identify key storytelling opportunities to reinforce brand equity, product priorities, and cultural positioning
Ensure strategic focus on priority categories to maximise visibility
Drive proactive press coverage across print, digital, and emerging platforms
Lead media strategies for product launches, campaigns, events, and corporate narratives
Oversee press releases, media kits, and content development with a strong narrative angle
Plan and execute advertising strategies across print, digital, social, and out-of-home channels
Optimise media mix to ensure impactful reach among target audiences (HNW/UHNW and new clients)
Collaborate with media agencies to maximise efficiency, visibility, and frequency
Monitor performance and continuously refine spend allocation to enhance ROI and brand impact
To plan and execute press briefings/ conferences and supervise any writing, editing and translations of any press materials.
Liaise with external agencies, mall marketing teams on marketing communication strategy implementation
Maintain an updated PR calendar of events, prepare PR budget and ensure compliance with the budget for the Singapore market.
Events
To manage and develop communication strategies for image events.
Be part of the key stakeholders to plan, organizing and executing of local and regional events
Ecommerce & Digital Media
Digital, SEM management in line with the objective of the eCommerce commercial target and long-term strategy
Ensure alignment between influencer content and brand image, tone, and exclusivity
Leverage emerging platforms and voices (including regional nuances) to drive reach and relevance
Profil
Requirements:
Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity
Strong, established relationships with Singapore media and press
Proven industry experience in luxury fashion or lifestyle sectors
Possesses a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Results-oriented with a strong drive for excellence
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight timelines
