• Responsible for planning, arranging, and adjusting the president's schedule; coordinating meetings, business trips, receptions, and other related matters; and preparing itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and materials in advance.
• Screen, categorize, and initially process various documents, emails, calls, and visits; control the priority of information transmission; and ensure that important matters are reported promptly and routine matters are efficiently distributed.Prepare for various meetings chaired by the CEO, including drafting agendas, compiling materials, arranging meeting venues, and coordinating attendees; take meeting minutes and compile summaries, and follow up on the implementation progress of meeting resolutions, providing timely feedback to the CEO.
• Assist the CEO in collecting industry trends, market information, policies and regulations, and company operating data, conducting preliminary compilation and analysis to provide a reference for decision-making.Convey the CEO's work instructions and requirements, coordinate cooperation among departments, promote the implementation of key projects and special tasks, track progress, and promptly coordinate and resolve problems encountered during execution.

Pay: $8,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
