We Are Hiring! – Customer Service Assistant

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Working Hours: 24-hour rotational shift
Working Days: 6 days per week (including weekends & public holidays)
Salary: RM2,100 – RM2,800 (Basic + Allowances)

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role involves handling customer enquiries and providing excellent service support.

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via call, chat, and email
• Assist customers with general enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
• Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of cases
• Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
• Update and record customer details in the system
• Work closely with team members to achieve service KPIs
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / SKM Level 3 / SVM / UEC / IGCSE or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work on 24-hour rotational shifts
• Able to work 6 days per week including weekends and public holidays
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Customer service experience is an advantage

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
