• Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions.
• Tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
• Track the Company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Establish and maintain accounting procedures for the Company.
• Ensure reconciliation of bank accounts and other accounts.
• Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and other records.
• Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes.
• Monitor and in preparing balance sheets and budget reports.
• Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management.
• Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes.
• Manage budgets for departments, projects, and grants
• Ensure timely completion of the audit.
• Provide timely and complete information about the accounting operations, revenues, and expenditures of the board of directors of businesses, offering their opinions to help the board of directors find alternative solutions to issues in the most efficient way.
• Responsible to monitor company’s fixed assets including monitoring, inventory checking and audit
• Provide professional advice on continuous improvement plans for financial & accounting related sectors.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/ACCA/CPA/CIMA or related field.
• 5 years and above for managerial experiences.
• Must have 4-6 years of experience in established audit firm with group consolidation exposure. Big 4 preferred.
• Prefer those with experience in retail/service/F&B industry.
• Good with ERP integration and system.
• In depth knowledge and MFRS 16.
• Experienced in group consolidation, group reporting, group budgeting, forecasting, corporate tax, audit and other related matters.
• An excellent team player who demonstrates good thinking and communication skills along with influencing and negotiating skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
