Kerja Quantity Surveying (Internship), Gaji tinggi MYR 1,000 di MGB Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of tender documents, including Bill of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Participate in the tendering process for new projects, including compiling, organizing, and reviewing tender submissions.
• Assist in evaluating quotations from contractors and subcontractors under supervision.
• Help monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Support the identification of potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering proposals during design and construction stages.
• Provide administrative and technical support to the Tender/Quantity Surveying team as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior or management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong interest in construction cost management, tendering, and project controls.
• Basic understanding of measurement, cost estimation, or construction documentation is an advantage.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to be based in Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
