REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business or any related field.
• Experience in live hosting, content creation, social media management or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera with excellent communication skills.
• Creative, energetic and passionate about social media trends and content creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to engage effectively with prospective students and audiences.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva or similar platforms) is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to meet content and live streaming KPIs.
• Willing to work from the office and host scheduled live streaming sessions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms to promote education and career programs.
• Present information on academic and career programs offered by universities and training centre.
• Create engaging content such as short videos, reels, TikTok and social media posts to increase awareness and engagement.
• Interact with prospective students, parents and viewers by answering inquiries professionally during live sessions and through social media.
• Generate qualified leads and encourage registrations for education and career programs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions team to plan content calendars, promotional campaigns and live streaming schedules.
• Monitor social media trends and develop creative content ideas to improve audience reach and engagement.
• Track the performance of live streams and content using analytics and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the recruitment and marketing team to achieve lead generation and enrollment targets..
