Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, supporting real estate project operations from planning through execution. This role involves coordinating timelines, project documentation, and deliverables, while ensuring effective communication among internal teams, agents, and external stakeholders such as developers and partners. The Project Coordinator will assist in tracking project progress, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records for ongoing and upcoming property projects. Additional responsibilities include supporting project-based marketing activities, managing administrative tasks, and helping resolve operational issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role requires proactive collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong focus on service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams, agents, developers, and clients.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent), with solid skills in spreadsheet management and report preparation.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early and support practical solutions.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in handling data, contracts, and project-related records.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant experience in real estate, project management, or operations support is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Comfortable working on-site in WP Kuala Lumpur and managing fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments.
