Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, process flow charts, and quality control standards.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), trial production, process validation, and mass production readiness.
• Analyze production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Procurement, and PMC teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Evaluate equipment capability, recommend process enhancements, and support tooling and fixture development.
• Conduct process audits, monitor compliance with manufacturing standards, and provide technical training to production personnel.
• Lead cost reduction, waste minimization, and efficiency improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in process documentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
