Job Description

We are hiring Test Technicians to join our client's manufacturing team in Pulau Pinang. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an electrical, mechanical, electronics, or mechatronics background who are looking to start or grow their careers in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting to identify problems in non-functioning test equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble test equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, and technical drawings.
• Use diagnostic and testing equipment to perform equipment checkouts and fault analysis.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on test equipment.
• Support equipment modifications and improvements as directed by Test or Manufacturing Engineers.
• Record maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards at all times.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of technician or manufacturing experience are also welcome.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic troubleshooting.
• Able to read technical drawings, blueprints, and operating manuals.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
