Role Focus

This is a structured, operations-focused role designed for organised and detail-driven students seeking meaningful, resume-relevant experience.

You will support core internal workflows that ensure smooth daily operations, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and execution reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Perform document checks, form verification, and administrative follow-ups
  • Manage scheduling, reminders, confirmations, and coordination tasks
  • Maintain accurate records across trackers and systems (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Prepare templates, checklists, and simple operational summaries
  • Ensure digital files are properly organised, updated, and ready for handover
