What You'll Do:
Coordinate crew recruitment processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of crew documentation and certifications.
Liaise with ship management teams to address crewing needs.
Monitor crew performance and provide support for training opportunities.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payments for crew members.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in crewing or maritime recruitment roles.
Strong understanding of maritime regulations and industry standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with crewing software is a plus.
