Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line.
- Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and PDP.
- Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process.
- Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, WorkInstruction and OJTIs.
- Support in machine buyoff (Process & non Electrical topic ONLY),ownership under MNT/ EE.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Engineering/ Semiconductor Technology.
- 3 years related working experience (experience in Semiconductor Engineering will be an added advantage ).
- Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
