Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a team of warehouse assistants and general workers.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods.
• Ensure items are inspected for quality, quantity, and damage.
• Verify documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
• Supervise picking, packing, and preparation of orders for outgoing deliveries.
• Ensure correct items are picked according to order lists.
• Verify packing quality, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, comprehensive training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a pleasant personality.
• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to manage your own tasks.
