OPERATION DATA ANALYST

About the Role

Responsible for the management, analysis, and reporting of operational performance and expenditure data to support business decision-making, cost optimization, and operational excellence. The role focuses on operational reporting, database administration, OPEX performance tracking, and dashboard development, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of operational, HSE, and equipment reliability metrics. Through systematic data consolidation and performance analysis, the position supports continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency targets, and effective cost control across the organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and compile daily operational reports.
• Update and maintain operational data records, including HSE, operations, and equipment reliability information, GHG.
• Track and monitor monthly OPEX performance and costs through dashboard reporting.
• Prepare monthly OPEX and operational performance reports for management review.
• Provide immediate feedback, input and sharing for any operational issues in case overlooked by Contract Delivery Engineer.
• Support cost control initiatives and operational efficiency improvement efforts.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Engineering or any related field.
• Fresh graduates / minimum 1 year experience in data entry
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and work independently.
• Basic computer and communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Words & Power Point).

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
