Tanggungjawab

Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other department team.
  • Prepare administrative, inventory reports, letters, and business correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and office records.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, including stock-in and stock-out transactions.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Assist with HR and finance administrative tasks.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good document management, filing, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
