1.Resident Engineer (ICT Network Security)

Job Duties And Responsibilities :

• Performs daily monitoring and maintenance tasks, but is not limited to the following :

a) Managing the problem complaint logs and performing troubleshooting tasks for network and security issues

b) Preparing traffic analysis reports and usage reports for the LAN and WiFi networks.

c) Collaborating with existing contractors on ICT security incidents

d) Preparing monthly activity reports

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferably specializing in IT Application/Network/System/Workstation support.
• Have the necessary people skill to interact with users at various levels
• Able to work in independently as well as in a team.
• Education :
• Diploma Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Experience :

• 2-5 years’ experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
