About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Coordinator Intern to join our project team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to site operations, project coordination, and construction management. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical knowledge of project execution from both the site and office perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in coordinating daily site activities.
• Support the monitoring of project progress and site operations.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Update project status and assist in preparing progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in resolving site-related issues under the guidance of the project team.
• Ensure effective communication between the site and office teams.
• Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Internship placement required by your university or college.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess own transportation (preferred).

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
