Job Requirements – Logistics Internship

Education:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

As a Logistics Intern, you will support daily logistics and warehouse operations while gaining hands-on experience in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring stock levels, conducting physical counts, and updating inventory records to ensure data accuracy.

• Order Fulfillment Support:

Assist in the picking, packing, labeling, and shipping processes to ensure that customer orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Shipping & Receiving:

Assist in the receiving process by checking and recording incoming goods, and help coordinate outbound deliveries and logistics documentation.

• Warehouse Organization:

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, including assisting with storage arrangements and layout improvements.

• Quality Control:

Assist in basic quality control processes by inspecting items for damage and ensuring products meet specifications before dispatch.

• Data Entry & Reporting:

Input logistics data into internal systems and assist in generating basic reports related to inventory levels, order processing, delivery schedules, and other key metrics as needed.

• Cross-functional Support:

Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, customer service, and operations to support logistics activities.

• Additional Duties:

Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and order data.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (e.g., stock handling, packing) if required.
• Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures is a plus.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Able to commit to the full internship duration (typically 3–6 months).
• Punctual, responsible, and dependable.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of the internship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
