Position Summary

The Electrical Simulation Engineer is responsible for product package electrical simulation.

Candidates with semiconductor packaging experience are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilitie

• sConduct electrical simulations for SiPi and high-speed digital area at component and system levels
• .Conduct simulations on RF, EMI and EMC at component and system levels
• .Provide technical input and recommendations to support product design and process optimization
• .Provide electrical inputs for mechanical simulation, including thermal and stress analysis
• .Prepare simulation reports, including data analysis, findings, and recommendations
• .Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by the reporting manager

Requiremen

• tsBachelor/ Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplin
• e.At least 5 years of experience in electrical simulation, including both internal and external/ customer project
• s.Hands-on skills on EDA tools, such a

s:- Cadense: PowerSi, PowerDC, ExtractIM, Clarity, et

c.- ANSYS: Siwave, Q3D, HFSS, Circuit, et

c.- Keysight: ADS, et

• c.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
