Kelayakan
- Must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or Professional qualification in accounting.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field and position. Experienced in the F&B industry would be added advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel & Word) and familiar with Computer Accounting software.
- Prior audit knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Multi-tasking, high commitment and a strong sense of urgency towards deadlines.
- An analytical mind, disciplined and able to work independently.
Tanggungjawab
- To perform daily accounting operations, handling a complete set of accounts including GL, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation.
- To assist Senior Accounts Executive in monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing reports.
- Prepare payment vouchers & online banking payments, and liaise with the supplier about the amount.
- To check the Sales tally with the Merchant Report and bank in amount.
- Obtain financial data from several sources such as daily sales reports, expenses reports and monthly statements.
- To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and files to support all accounting entries.
- Assist in inventory reports, cost analysis, and stock count.
- Liaison with the auditor, company secretary, tax agent and banks.
- Attend to any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time.
