Kerja Sepenuh Masa Logistics Executive, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,000 di IDS MEDICAL SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Provide administrative support to customer and stakeholders on inventory matters
• Analysis of stock usage, slow moving/ obsolete/ damaged items and goods movement
• Conduct Goods Movement and usage study for new and current projects, including Item Master set up, SKU mapping etc. 
• Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various stock points. Must always maintain readily stocks at Distribution Center 
• Monitor inventory daily, conduct cycle counts, ensure stock accuracy and perform stock reconciliation for variances between physical and system
• Ensure that supplies are received accurately, stored and classified properly 
• Ensure files and transactions are endorsed, documented and archived accurately
• Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks
• Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements
• Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately
• Ensure smooth and timely processing of outbound orders, coordinating with logistics stakeholders for the delivery of goods from warehouse to customers
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, integrity of data and transactions in the enterprise computer system
• Support the collection and consolidation of data for KPI reports, inventory planning, stock monitoring, performance tracking
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related fields is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in warehousing/ supply chain management is preferred
• Hands on experience with inventory management is preferred
• Basic working knowledge with MS Office applications
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
