If you are a seasoned drink creator who knows how to run a floor, vibe with guests and be a leader with zero ego, you are the Senior Bartender we are looking for.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience
  • Who is a natural leader who coaches with patience and leads by example.
  • Possess solid knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and prep work but is always eager to learn more
  • Thrives in high-energy environments and brings positive vibes to the team.

Your adventure

You’ll split your time between:

Bitters & Love Cocktail Bar (65%) and In Grams Salad Bar (35%)

  • Setting the Vibe: Delivering top-tier hospitality, remembering regulars' names, and making every guest feel like a VIP and also the service areas areas are nice and clean
  • Crafting & Creating: Shaking, stirring, and pouring beautiful drinks while maintaining high standards of speed and consistency, making sure we have enough juice and garnish before service starts
  • Leading the Crew: Mentoring junior bartenders, managing inventory, profit margins and costings without breaking a sweat, and ensuring floor operations run like clockwork.
  • Collaborating: Working across both our bar and new salad concept to keep the synergy high and brand energy unified
