Lead technical direction for soil treatment and ground improvement projects.

Develop and review geotechnical engineering designs and methodologies.

Provide technical input for tenders, proposals, and project execution.

Review engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, quality, and safety standards.

Resolve complex geotechnical and construction technical issues on site.

Drive innovation in soil improvement and ground engineering technologies.

Supervise and mentor engineering teams.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Support business development with technical expertise.
