Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounting)

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting the Senior Accounts Executive in all aspects of day-to-day accounting functions and operational activities. This role reports directly to the Senior Accounts Executive as well as the Company’s Accounts and Finance Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper recording of transactions

• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis

• Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards

• Provide administrative and operational support to the finance department as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in full set accounts preferred)

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
