Job Summary

Lead site supervision for a construction project starting August 2026, ensuring compliance, quality, safety, and timely progress through effective coordination with stakeholders and technical issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site supervision activities to ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Enforce strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site to maintain a safe working environment
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes to uphold construction standards
• Monitor project progress against schedule, identify delays or risks, and communicate these to stakeholders promptly
• Coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery
• Review and approve method statements, materials submissions, and shop drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and lead site meetings to maintain project oversight and stakeholder engagement
• Review and endorse site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation to ensure accurate project tracking
• Provide timely technical advice and resolve site-related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum

Required competencies and certifications

• Registration with IES as a C&S Resident Engineer (RE)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction supervision experience
• Experience in infrastructure and building works in Singapore
• Experience in steel structural works as an added advantage
