Job Description

• Report to Sales Fulfilment Manager.
• Generate picking list, sales invoices and delivery orders.
• Coordinate sales orders with sales, purchasing, Logistic teams and warehouse to achieve timely deliveries.
• Liaise with customers for processing of sales orders, coordinate and perform inwards and outward documentation.
• Provide positive customer interface in coordinating the resolution of all customers' issues.
• Attend to customers' enquiries - reply email and answer phone calls.
• Responsible for the administration and sales support for the sales department.
• Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.
• Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders.
• Handling of all billing and invoices.
• General administrative duties (Eg: Filing, Photocopying document)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• GCE O’ Level/ NITEC/ Diploma.
• Proactive and positive working attitude.
• Meticulous with good organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work in West area.
