We are looking for an Accounting manager to join our team.

Job Requirements

[Job Responsibilities]

• • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budget vs. actual analysis for both local management and Korean HQ.
  • Tax & Compliance: Handle GST filing, corporate tax, withholding tax, and statutory submissions in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
  • Cash Flow & Banking: Monitor cash flow, manage banking transactions, payments, and maintain healthy working capital.
  • Administrative Management: Oversee general office administration including document filing, office supplies, facilities, insurance, and liaison with vendors and service providers.
  • Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents, and maintain proper internal controls and documentation.
  • Data Management: Utilize MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., Xero) for financial data management and various management reporting.
  • Communication: Act as a key liaison between Korean-speaking stakeholders (HQ/management) and local staff, vendors, and authorities.

[Requirements]

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (4-year university graduate) is required.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is a must.

• Language: Proficiency in English. Must Korean speaking report to management in Korea.

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Annual Leave: 7 days per year (Increases by 1 day per year of service as per MOM regulations).

• Probation Period: 3 months.

  • Note: Probation may be extended for an additional 3 months if performance criteria are not met.
