Job Responsibilities

• Execute the daily deployment schedule for prime movers and trailers.
• Ensure prime movers and trailers are available and in good operating condition for daily operations.
• Coordinate with drivers and the Maintenance Manager on vehicle deployment and availability.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report defects, breakdowns, or accidents promptly.
• Coordinate servicing and repairs with the workshop to minimise downtime.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance is carried out on time.
• Inspect prime movers and trailers before and after operations.
• Ensure transport documents and vehicle records are complete.
• Follow company safety procedures and transport regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the haulage, logistics, or transport industry.
• 5 years or more of experience with Scania and Volvo prime movers is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of prime movers, trailers, and fleet maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanical systems.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
