Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alor Setar. This position oversees daily office operations, including coordinating administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The Office Manager handles front-office activities such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and responding to inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. The role includes supervising office workflows, supporting staff with administrative needs, and collaborating with management on basic reporting and process improvements. The Office Manager also helps ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment that aligns with Hannan Medispa’s service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Proven experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Practical knowledge of Office Equipment to ensure smooth functioning of office tools and facilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and appointment scheduling systems.
  • Previous experience in a clinic, wellness center, or service-oriented environment is an advantage.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team.
