Payroll Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and supporting HR administration.

Key Responsibility

Payroll Processing

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure payroll records are updated and maintained.
• Prepare payroll reports for management.

Statutory Compliance

• Process EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare statutory reports and annual payroll documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies on payroll matters.

Employee Payroll Administration

• Handle employee payroll enquiries.
• Process new hires, resignations and final salary payments.
• Maintain employee payroll records and confidential information.
• Prepare employment verification and payroll-related documents.

Payroll Controls & Continuous Improvement

• Reconcile payroll data and identify discrepancies.
• Support payroll audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain payroll SOPs and documentation.
• Recommend improvements to payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
