Kerja Sepenuh Masa Yard Administrator, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,500 di PO SAN TRANSPORTATION PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Location : Singapore Employment Type : Full-Time, 5.5days.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Yard Administrator to support daily yard operations and ensure accurate documentation, inventory control, and coordination of container movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain records of container in/out movements.
• Ensure stacking lists are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct weekly checks on reusable containers stored in the yard and report to the Operations team.
• Maintain overall yard container inventory and provide regular updates to the person in charge.
• Prepare and update seal invoices.
• Prepare and submit required operational documents to the relevant office.
• Coordinate washing and painting schedules for containers when required.

Manage Flobin inventory, including:

• Recording Flobin in/out movements.
• Scanning barcodes using company applications.
• Updating overall Flobin count and reporting accordingly.
• Arranging minor repairs such as sticker replacement and tightening of screws.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory systems).
• Able to use mobile applications for barcode scanning.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or yard operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
