Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice to customers on spectacles, frames, and related products.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store operations and ensure proper inventory control.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, representing the company’s image and values.
• Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store sales targets.
• Perform cashiering duties and handle various in-store payment transactions.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and adhere to company SOPs.

Requirements

• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented.
• Willing to stand long hours and work on weekends and public holidays
