Tembusu Institute is currently looking for an ambitious and high-energy Programme
advisor to support the company’s sales division. From these conversations, you will
master the art of discovery, track sales of new or existing customers, generate sales
reporting, evaluate success, trends and failures of sales campaigns, assist with sales
forecasting, strategies and tactics thus gaining valuable sales experience. This
candidate should be well organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and
dynamic team environment.
As a Programme Advisor, you are expected to qualify, recruit and retain the right
customers until they finish their programme and achieve their intended goals. You are
also expected to ensure that customers are recommended the right products and
receive a high level of service.
Here's What You’ll Do Day to Day
• Qualify inbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing
leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential customers.
• Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
• Smartly prioritizing and organizing your time to be as productive as possible.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our sales processes with an emphasis
towards building to scale.
• Learn the science behind a sales process and methodology through Salesforce
CRM.

• You’ve done some selling in the past and have the ability and desire to become
great at sales
