Ecommerce - Operations Executive Urgent Hiring !!

Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000

What is the Role About?

In this role, you will support the daily operations and execution of e-commerce supply chain for the Malaysia & Singapore (MYSG) market. You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of online orders, tracking inventory, maintaining product catalog master data, and working closely with our warehousing and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Daily E-Commerce Operations & Coordination

• Order & Fulfillment Monitoring: Track the daily flow of online orders from platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Brand .com) to our fulfillment centers, proactively resolving stuck orders, payment flags, or dispatch delays.
• Returns & Reverse Logistics: Coordinate the processing of consumer returns, exchanges, and damaged items with the warehouse team, ensuring inventory records are updated and customer refunds are processed smoothly.
• Problem Solving: Act as the first line of support for customer service teams regarding shipping status, order issues, or delivery escalations.

2. Inventory & Catalog Maintenance

• Stock Availability: Monitor inventory levels in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) specifically reserved for e-commerce, ensuring high "Availability-to-Purchase" (ATP) and flagging low stock to the planning team.
• Catalog Synchronization: Assist in maintaining and aligning online product catalogs, ensuring new launches, promotional bundles, and product listings have accurate descriptions, codes (SKUs), and stock allocations across all platforms.
• Campaign Readiness: Support operational preparation for mega-campaign days (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), ensuring the warehouse has the correct packaging materials, promotional inserts, and pre-packed bundles ready for dispatch.

3. Data Analytics & Forecast Support

• Sales & Promo Tracking: Help compile historical sales data and promotional schedules from Sales and Marketing teams to assist in forecasting upcoming online inventory requirements.
• Performance Reporting: Extract data and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports on key metrics such as order processing times, out-of-stock rates, and return rates.

4. Project Testing

• UAT Testing: Identify business scenarios required for testing. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in the eCommerce sector.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Excel for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex supply chain challenges.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
