Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement support across a Microsoft-stack environment — including Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI — while serving as a reliable, client-facing technical point of contact for a Fintech customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and performance of solutions built across Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug resolution across the stack
- Identify and implement enhancements to existing solutions and reports
- Manage and update Copilot Studio agents and conversational AI configurations
- Maintain and optimise Dataverse data models, tables, and relationships
- Support Power BI dashboards and Fabric data pipelines, including refreshes and data integrity checks
- Liaise directly with clients to understand issues, communicate progress, and manage expectations
- Document changes, configurations, and support activities clearly and consistently
Qualifications:
- Mid-level experience (3+ years) working across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in a support, maintenance, or managed services capacity
- Ability to work independently, prioritise issues, and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Experience working with Australian or other international clients is an advantage
- Experience working with Financial Services or Fintech clients is an advantage
