Key Responsibilities:

  • Involve in overall project planning and execution from project inception to completion.
  • Review architectural, structural and civil drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and coordination prior to execution.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend solutions for design discrepancies, clashes, conflicts and technical issues.
  • Liaise closely with consultants, clients, architects, contractors and relevant authorities to expedite drawings, approvals and technical submissions.
  • Coordinate and supervise all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor site progress, workmanship, material usage and productivity to ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved schedule.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, statutory requirements, safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Prepare, review and coordinate technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, RFIs, method statements and as-built documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, work progress and schedule performance, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Coordinate project handover activities, including testing & commissioning, defect rectification, warranties and operation & maintenance manuals.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical support to ensure smooth project execution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
  • Candidates must possess hands-on experience in CSA works for high-rise, township, industrial projects.
  • Experience managing projects from structural works through architectural finishing stages will be an added advantage.
  • Able to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Familiar with project scheduling, quality control, and site supervision.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be based on project site.
