Front Desk Receptionist

SQ Foot Bath is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at KSL City Mall.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers professionally
  • Handle customer bookings and walk-in enquiries
  • Answer WhatsApp messages and phone calls
  • Manage cashier and payment transactions
  • Coordinate appointments and daily scheduling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Provide excellent customer service and support the operation team

Job Requirements:

  • Friendly attitude and good communication skills
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Able to work in a team
  • Basic computer and mobile phone skills
  • Experience in customer service or receptionist work is an advantage
  • Training will be provided for candidates without experience
